Biosemiotic Medicine

Our philosophical model is based on Biosemiotic Medicine, which sees the physical and symbolic worlds as interconnected noncognitive and cognitive meaning-making systems. Humans are complex beings, made up of energetic, material, symbolic, and reflective information, all working together in a coherent multilingual sign system.

Program Objectives

The BEHI TOT Program is designed to provide comprehensive training in the principles and practices of Bioenergy Economy (BEE), aimed at equipping trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary for both group and individual BEHI program training. The program also focuses on personalized psychoeducation tailored to the unique traits, problems, and health conditions of trainees. The specific objectives of the program are as follows:

    • Develop a thorough understanding of the core concepts and principles of Bioenergy Economy.
    • Explore the etymological and practical significance of managing bioenergy within personal and interpersonal contexts.
    • Train students in techniques for identifying and managing intrapersonal energy-information flows.
    • Equip trainees with skills to facilitate healthy interpersonal energy exchanges.
    • Prepare trainees to design and implement effective group-based BEHI programs.
    • Develop competencies in leading group dynamics sessions to foster collaborative healing and learning environments.
    • Enable trainees to provide one-on-one BEHI training tailored to individual needs.
    • Focus on developing personalized psychoeducation plans that address specific traits, problems, and health conditions of individuals.
    • Teach methods for assessing individual traits and health conditions to create customized psychoeducational interventions.
    • Develop skills in using reflective journaling, case studies, and supervision sessions to support personal growth and healing.
    • Provide hands-on training through workshops, practical exercises, and real-life case studies to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application.
    • Encourage the use of journaling and reflective practices to enhance self-awareness and continuous learning.
    • Explore the concept of autopoietic and self-organizing pathways in healing.

Behi TOT Program

Prerequisites: BEHI- Personal Program Online/Offline 4 mo. Course (40 hours)

1.On-Campus/Online Program (40 hours):

    • Duration: 4 days
    • Format: Interactive lectures, group discussions, Mindfulness-based and body-centered exercises
    • Topics:
      • Introduction to BEHI Program
      • Understanding Intrapersonal Energy-Information Dynamics
      • Exploring Interpersonal Energy-Information Dynamics
      • Transpersonal Dynamics
      • Bodily, Mindful, Cognitive and Behavioral Techniques
    • Delivery: Experienced instructors guide participants through basic concepts and practical applications.

2. Online Workshops (24 hours):

• Format: Virtual group sessions
• Frequency: Four workshops scheduled throughout the course duration
         • Workshops:
         • Group Supervision: Facilitated discussions to reflect on experiences and share insights.
         • Balint Group: Interactive sessions focusing on the doctor-patient relationship and emotional aspects of healthcare.
• Role Playing: Practical exercises simulating real-life scenarios to develop communication and empathy skills.
• Delivery: Engaging online sessions led by experienced facilitators to enhance learning through active participation.

3. Journaling (40 hours):

    • Requirements: Participants are expected to maintain a journal documenting their reflections, insights, and experiences throughout the course.
    • Components:
      • Reflective Papers (4): Written reflections on personal growth, insights gained, and challenges faced during the training.
      • Case Studies (4): Analysis of real-life cases or scenarios related to bioenergy economy and healing practices.
    • Delivery: Participants submit journal entries periodically for review and feedback, fostering self-awareness and critical thinking.

4. One-to-One Supervision (12 hours):

    • Format: Individual sessions with assigned supervisors
    • Frequency: Two sessions scheduled at key intervals during the course
    • Purpose: Personalized guidance and support to deepen understanding, address individual concerns, and track progress.
    • Components:
      • Reflective Papers (2): Participants write reflective essays based on discussions and insights gained from supervision sessions.
    • Delivery: Supervisors provide tailored feedback and mentorship to help participants integrate learning into their personal and professional contexts.

Behi Program

the BEHI (Bioenergy Economy-based Health Improvement) program is a comprehensive wellness initiative that integrates psychology, spirituality, and modern lifestyle practices. This program aims to enhance health and wellbeing by promoting bodily awareness and nondual cognition. It effectively addresses various health issues, including anxiety, depression, migraines, and burnout.

Bettering

The Bettering program is a holistic wellness initiative designed to enhance health and happiness through an integrative approach. Combining psychology, spirituality, and modern lifestyle practices, it is based on the Bioenergy Economy model. The program focuses on developing bodily awareness in various aspects of personal and professional life, promoting bodily spirituality and hedonic asceticism..

Pace Awareness

The Pace Awareness program by features a series of active meditations conducted in natural environments to balance introception, exteroception, and proprioception. These mindful walks aim to harmonize our body, narrative, relationships, and nonlocal fields.

Homeland Journey

In the 40-day Homeland Journey course, Dr. Farzad Goli leads you on a transformative journey to discover the boundless happiness of nonduality through body awareness. Each day features a 10-minute lesson and a 10-minute meditation session centered around the themes of BODY, MIND, OTHERS, and BEING.
